Latest issue: Summer 2026

In the summer issue of Project, we introduce a new-look edition as we explore APM’s content theme of ‘Connecting intelligence’ – and why human expertise, critical thinking and good judgement matter more than ever. From making sense of data and AI to strengthening decision making in a fast-changing environment, this issue looks at how project professionals can respond with confidence to growing complexity.

Highlights include our ‘Brave new world’ feature on how AI is reshaping professional work, alongside practical insights into the critical thinking skills needed to thrive in this technological-driven age. We also have a Big Interview with NISTA chief executive Becky Wood, who is tasked with advising government on major infrastructure projects. Becky celebrates one year in the role and tells Project how much value she places on people and how “invested” she is in multidisciplinary teams coming together to solve complex problems.

Previous issue: Spring 2026

In the Spring issue of Project, we continue our exploration of clarity - and why having a clear sight of performance remains critical to good project management. From accurate reporting and understanding what’s really happening on a project, to communicating clearly what the data is telling us and speaking truth to power, clarity is essential - but rarely easy.

Highlights include our Big Interview with Eddy Datubo FAPM, the BBC’s Director of Transformation, an in depth look at the impact of politics in projects, and insights into how data and artificial intelligence can support transparency, collaboration and better decision making.

We also go behind the scenes at the Royal Ballet and Opera, providing a unique insight into how complex refurbishments are being managed, and we take a look at the Silvertown Tunnel project - London’s first cross-Thames road traffic tunnel since the 1960s.
