Using case studies and Paul’s ‘formula for project success’ (below), on Monday 20 April, we discussed the importance of leadership and behaviour in making sure we gain clarity on the status of our projects through constructive and honest project performance conversations leading to good decision making. We also discussed what happens to projects and people when this doesn’t happen.
