PMOs inherently bring change to organisations, but what happens when they are both effecting change and affected by the change themselves? Following on from their May event, this lessons learned webinar on Thursday 27 September 2018听explored this juxtaposition and helped build confidence in dealing with transformational change that affects entire organisations.

This year, the APM PMO SIG is targeting key areas that are challenging for PMOs, exploring the impact of organisational change 鈥� when PMOs are both effecting change and at the same time being affected by it.听The webinar agenda, to provide a holistic view to change and the impact it has on people,听featured two new case studies utilising lessons learned skills. Currently in the proposal phase, the first is building a new PMO development in Saudi Arabia, whilst the second is introducing a change project to an orphanage and unprivileged school in Nairobi, Kenya.

Those working in or with a PMO, change management professionals, and those interested in the people side of transformational change.

Mark Reeson is a international strategic project management advisor with over thirty years experience. Mark is currently working on the development of a number of PMOs in the Middle East region whilst also working on a greater understanding globally around sustainability management both for businesses and social communities. Previously from an armed forces background, serving twenty-four years in the RAF, he has since worked within the defence, nuclear, government and hospitality industries, whilst also assisting with the IOC in the Youth Olympic Games.
