How long have you worked in the project profession?
30+ years across major rail, infrastructure and asset‑intensive programmes, with a focus on delivery, governance, assurance and interface leadership.
What is your ambition for this Regional Network?
To build a credible, modern and active Victorian network with a clear rhythm of high‑quality events, strong volunteer capability, and a professional structure that positions APM as the authoritative voice for project professionals in the state.
What do you hope the Network will benefit its followers and the wider project community?
Practical, immediately usable insights; stronger cross‑sector connections; access to peers and learning not available elsewhere; capability uplift; and a more confident, professional project community across Victoria.
What is the biggest issue affecting the project profession in Victoria right now?
The growing gap between project complexity and the capability, confidence and consistency required to deliver them.

How long have you worked in the project profession?
I have worked in the project profession for around 25 years.
What is your ambition for this Regional Network?
My ambition for the Victoria Regional Network is to help build a visible, welcoming and professionally valuable community that raises APM’s profile locally and gives project professionals genuine reasons to engage. I’d like to see the Network create practical opportunities for people to connect, learn from one another and contribute to the profession, while building strong links across industry, education and the wider project community.
What do you hope the Network will benefit its followers and the wider project community?
I hope the Network becomes a trusted space where people can share experience, hear fresh perspectives and build meaningful professional connections. More broadly, I hope it helps strengthen the project profession in Victoria by supporting knowledge sharing, encouraging new talent into the profession, and creating a stronger sense of community across practitioners at different stages of their careers.
What is the biggest issue affecting the project profession in Victoria right now?
I think one of the biggest issues affecting the project profession in Victoria right now is capability — not just having enough skilled people, but continuing to develop, retain and broaden the talent pipeline. Victoria’s housing and infrastructure agenda is keeping demand high across construction and the supply chain, so there is a real need to build depth, adaptability and diversity across the profession to meet that challenge well.
